Fintecom, pursuant to art. 6 point 1) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), informs about specific risks related to the use of services provided electronically by Fintecom.
The information relates to threats that Fintecom identifies as potential threats, which should be considered despite the use of systems protecting Fintecom infrastructure against unauthorised influence of third parties:
- the possibility of receiving spam, i.e. unsolicited advertising (commercial) information by electronic means;
- the possibility of malware operation (malware, Internet worms) in a network environment distributed by code replication,
- the possibility of breaking security in order to obtain personal and confidential information for the purpose of identity theft by sending fake electronic messages that resemble authentic messages,
- possibility of finding weaknesses of the cryptographic system, and thus enable it to be broken or circumvented, and as a consequence the possibility to obtain personal and confidential information in order to steal your identity,
- the ability to catch passwords (phishing) by sending fake electronic reminder messages which look authentic and, as a consequence, obtaining personal and confidential information about the user,
- the possibility of unauthorised wiretapping involving the use of a computer program whose task is to intercept and possibly analyse data flowing in the network (spyware),
- infringement of copyright by unauthorised copying and use without the consent and knowledge of the authorised entity,
- installing software used to use the Service from sources other than sources authorised by Fintecom, which, despite the actions taken by Fintecom to minimize the possibility of sharing versions of the software modified by third parties, may contain malware.
Fintecom, in accordance with art. 6 point 2) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended), informs that the function and purpose of software or data not being a component of the content of the Service entered by Fintecom into the ICT system that the User uses is specified in the Privacy Policy located at: https://www.ggapp.com/info/privacy-policy/
