The owner of the GG Platform is Fintecom Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Koszalin at: ul. Marszałka Piłsudskiego 45, 75-502 Koszalin, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court in Koszalin, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000362067.
The following regulations set out the rules for recovering the GG account password by the User of the GG Platform.
Via e-mail address
The User may recover the password to his account on the GG Platform via e-mail address by performing the following actions:
- Enter your email address and click “Next”,
- Enter the code from the picture and click “Next”,
- In response, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password for your GG Account,
- Click the link in the email you received,
- Enter a new password and click “Next”,
- The “Password changed” message appears. After clicking on “Go to login” the login window will open.
Via a previously registered mobile number
The User may recover the password to his account on the GG Platform via SMS by performing the following actions:
- Send an SMS saying: GGHASLO to the number 75068 (costing PLN 6.15),
- In response, you will receive an SMS with a code that will allow you to set a new password for your GG Account,
- Click “Enter code from SMS”,
- Enter the code from the received text and click “Next”,
- Enter a new password and click “Next”,
- The “Password changed” message appears. After clicking on “Go to login” the login window will open.
In the event of an incorrect SMS format, complaints will not be considered.
